Extended Time on Location: Due to a property not being ready, special requests or circumstances that extend time on scene is subject to a $50 per hour fee.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled date and time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Trip Charge: Photo shoots in Marco Island and Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach (October thru April) incurs a travel charge of $35. Long distance travel is charged at the current year IRS mileage rate.

As the original licensee of the photos, you have permission to use the images in any format directly related to the marketing of the property and for the duration of the listing with you as the agent. You may also use licensed photos to promote yourself and your business on Social Media and through your company website.
